Statistically significant bacteria when comparing ExpA and ExpB after FMT2. The genera Adlercreutzia, Ruminococcus, and the families Lachnospiraceae, Ruminococcaeae, Rikenellaceae and the order Streptophyta have a higher abundance in ExpA. While S24-7 has a higher abundance in ExpB. Only taxa that reached significance, defined as having a pseudo p-value < 0.05 are reported.
